- Financial report according to the invoices from hotels, restaurants and other subcontractors assigned for a given event.

- Long-distance and international communication, telephone, telefax, copier, computer, e-mail, Internet access.
A basic set of equipment for conferences
- For a standalone event, a basic set of conference equipment (LCD projector, screen, flip chart, laptop) is provided free of charge! In case of two or more events, the cost of equipment rental is determined according to the proposed pricelist.
